Joanna is an artist living and working in the west of Scotland. Having grown up right beside the sea in Northern Ireland, she is continually drawn to the wild coastlines of Scotland and Ireland. 
Seascapes are the main theme of her work, as well as landscapes and florals inspired by daily dog walks in all seasons, or simply by being outside in the garden and surrounded by the ever changing beauty of the natural world.

Joanna works primarily with acrylic paint, ink and mediums, creating expressive pieces with many layers of colour and texture.
